EXAIR's New Atomising Spray Nozzles

EXAIR's new atomising spray nozzles are internal mix nozzles that atomise fluids in a range of spray patterns for a variety of uses.

They combine liquid and compressed air to create a mist of atomised liquid that can be easily adjusted. With EXAIR’s atomising nozzles, a variety of products can be coated, cooled, treated and painted using compressed air and liquids with a viscosity of up to 300 centipoises.

Used with water, atomising nozzles are an efficient way to evenly cool hot items in automated processed. The stainless steel construction of these atomising nozzles adds to their durability and corrosion resistance. Exair atomising nozzles are available in a variety of sizes and shapes.

All models are adjustable and come with a 5-year Built to Last Warranty.
